ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW
DO THE PRICES INCLUDE SET UP AND COLLECTION?
Yes, if you're within a 10 mile radius of Newbury this is all included.
If you are further than this, we add on 50p a mile for drop off and collection.
HOW LONG IS SET UP?
We like to set up with an hour before the event so we can make sure you are happy with set up.
We are not allowed to move furniture so please make sure there is adequate space.
Please also ensure the venue has adequate parking and space for us to unload.
Please let us know before hand if there is any restrictions, such as stairs.
DO YOU ALLOW OUTDOOR HIRE?
Yes, we allow outdoor hire between May and September.
However, if there is rain forecast or the ground is damp/muddy then please
have a plan B or we reserve the right to cancel the booking or rearrange.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
Yes, to secure your date we require a £40 deposit and then the total
balance a week before the event. This deposit acts as security in case equipment is broken etc. It will be returned to you after the event if all is fine.
WHAT ABOUT CANCELLATIONS?
If we need to cancel for any reason, we will offer an alternative date
or refund the balance back to you.
If you cancel for any reason, we will refund the balance apart from the £40 deposit fee.
DO YOU TAKE PHOTOS?
We take photos of our set up for insurance purposes and social media. We will NEVER post photos of children without parents permission.
IS TODDLE TOTS CHILDS PLAY INSURED?
We do have public liability insurance!
We do advise adult supervision just in case, we do also provide a small
first aid kit but we are not liable for any injuries.
